Ikigai: The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life
Francesc Miralles, Héctor García
This book is far too shallow. The author spent a considerable amount of time with supercentenarians and yet we only hear from them in short quotes. Many of the stories used to illustrate the book’s points are ones I’ve read about many times in many other places. And many of its claims are uncited or unscientific. A really promising idea for a book that was poorly executed.
